Terms & Conditions

Payment:

All postage and packing within the UK is free but postage will be deducted if returning goods. For delivery elsewhere please contact me via e-mail.

Artwork can be purchased securely via the the PayPal \"Buy Now\" buttons on the screen below the image.

Alternatively cheque payments are also acceptable but please note that artwork will not be despatched until the payment has cleared and I will keep you informed vi e-mail of the despatch date.

Refunds:

If you are unhappy with your painting, I will be pleased to refund the cost of the painting (less cost of delivery and insurance) Refunds are conditional on you informing me of the cancellation in writing via e-mail or letter within 3 days of receipt and returning the goods undamaged within 14 days of reciept. These terms do not affect the customer\'s statutory rights.

All artwork is carefully packed and delivered by appropriate carrier depending on size.
